Lamphere Schools Policy 8000.08: Discrimination and Harassment

The Board of Education is committed to maintaining a learning/working environment in which all individuals are treated with dignity and respect, free from discrimination and harassment based on a legally prohibited characteristic.  The District does not discriminate and prohibits discrimination or harassment in any program or activity that it operates, including in admission and employment, as required by Title IX and other applicable law, on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity/expression), marital status, pregnancy status, genetic information, disability, age, or any other basis prohibited by law. The Superintendent will develop administrative regulations to implement this policy. The Superintendent designates Greg Fuller, Deputy Superintendent of Human Resources and Title IX Coordinator, to supervise the implementation of this policy and its implementing regulations.
